"Please stop your regular routine, let go of the "busyness" of life, and refocus on the essential of life - our relationship with God and the family of the church - the relationship that lasts into eternity. " - Vy. Rev Charles L. Brown III, V.F.

Our Lenten journey has led to the celebration of the Sacred Triduum, the Three Days, (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday: the Easter Vigil) during which we celebrate and are made present to the Passion, Death and Resurrection of the Lord. This is the most solemn and IMPORTANT liturgical celebration of the church. In reality it is one liturgy celebrated over three days.

On HOLY THURSDAY, we enter sacred time outside of time in which we spend the Three Days with Christ, to serve, to suffer, to die and to rise. On these days the Elect and Candidates will reach climax of their initiation and we will bring our Lenten Retreat to fulfillment.

During the Three Days the church will be open for vigil; to watch , to reflect, to pray and at scheduled times the community will gather for the Liturgy. (schedule above) The liturgies for the Three Days should be the top priority on everyone's calendar this week.
